Congratulations to Baird Bergenthal of Midway City for winning Bike of the Month with his 1963 Testi Grand Prix.
Baird won a plaque provided by Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys.
Baird usually shows up with something unusual, mostly small Italian bikes.
This is the fourth time he has won Bike of the Month. Here's the run down:
August 2021 - 1958 Hercules K100 J-Be
May 2021 - 1963 Batavus Bilonet
December 2014 - 1957 Moto Beta
Baird has owned the Testi for three years, and when he got it, it was a rust bucket. He fabricated many parts
on this bike to make it a Grand Prix. The interesting thing is this bike has a 4 speed transmission and a top
speed of about 45 miles per hour.
Thank you Baird for bringing your Testi Grand Prix out for all of us to see. See all the photos in our December Gallery.
