Congratulations to Lon Bubeck of Long Beach for winning Bike of the Month with his . Lon won a $20.00 Beach Burgers gift certificate provided by Beach Burgers and The Scooter Solution.
This was Lon's first visit to our group. Lon bought this bike from his father, Max Bubeck in 2009. Max aquired the bike as a basket case in the mid 1990's and restored it. Max rode the bike across the country multiple times and was riding at the age of 91 when Lon bought the bike from him.
Originally a 45ci, this Scout has been stroked to 52ci. It has 22,336 miles on the clock since the restoration.
