Congratulations to Fred Brown of Huntington Beach for winning Bike of the Month with his 1972 Norton Combat Commando 750.
Fred won a plaque provided by Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys.
Fred has owned his Commando for two years. Most of the restoration was done 10 years ago, the paint and frame powder coating.
This engine is set up for performance with 10.5:1 compression, Keihen CR smooth bore carburetors, CP Carrillo Rods and light pistons.
The wheels are custom from Colorado Norton Works.
Fred has won Bike of the Month once before in
May 2024 with his 1979 Honda CB-X.
