November Vintage Bike OC Meet
Support your local Viet Nam Vets Huntington Beach, Calif. - Even though the weather was cool and windy, we had a good showing today at Vintage Bike OC.

The battle over Bike of the Month was won by Bill Kerylow of Buena Park with his awesome 1970 Norton Commando 750ss. Just like in October, close behind was Ernesto Quiroga with his 1961 Ducati Sport 175 and another favorite was a late 50's Harley Davidson.

I think the windy and cool weather may have kept some people home, the official count was somewhere around 25 bikes. I'm not a very good counter when people are coming and going throughout the afternoon. 29 ballots were cast for Bike of the Month, that's a pretty good indicator of how many people were there.

The best thing about our group is the wide variety of machines. Every bike whether it's a 1970's Japanese Cafe racer, or an museum quality antique restoration, they're cool to see. As always when I'm recapping the day, I'm anxiously awaiting next month. I'll see you all on December 14th.

Keep On Ridin',
Joe Kagerer
