VINTAGE BIKE OC NEWS

Huntington Beach, Calif. - I was working remotely from Michigan so we had a crack-team of of great volunteers helping this month. A big thanks to John Zindler, Brian "Tink" Tinkler, Ken Deagle and Jinx Verona for helping out. It sounds and looks like it was a great meet with 70 bikes showing up.

Suzuki Showdown
We don't get a lot of Suzuki's showing up to our meet. This month we had two fairly rare ones. A 1977 Suzuki GT 750 (Water Buffalo) and a 1975 Suzuki RE5 Rotary both of which are rarely seen at the meet.

Second Place - Larry Thomas

Larry Thomas of Laguna took Second place with his 1977 Honda CT90.

He also placed Second back in October 2019 with his 1965 Honda 150 Dream.

Third Place - Don McGregor

Don McGregor of Garden Grove won Third place with his 1977 Can-Am Qualifier. I don't think we've ever had a Can-Am place at our meet.

Interesting Rare Suzuki

It was an strong showing for Suzuki's this month with a rare 1975 Suzuki RE5 Rotary also showing up. I'm not sure who owned this beauty, but we've only had a couple over the history of the meet.
